If done in a timely manner, we do accept cancellations. However, if the product has already been shipped it is probably too late to cancel.
For a limited time you can amend your delivery and billing address. Other amendments, however, may not be possible after your order has been placed.
If a product is defective, we accept free returns. However, if your item is in good condition and you’ve changed your mind, there may be a return cost.
This is very rare, but we will sometimes cancel orders if there has been a problem with a supplier or some suspicious activity on your account. Swimwear is usually eligible for return as long as hygiene seals are still intact.
Lingerie and underwear will usually need to be in their packaging to be eligible for returns.
We endeavour to only bring you the best in quality, but we understand problems can still arise. If the item is damaged you will be able to return it for free. If you contact us with quality issues, we will be able to point you in the right direction for solutions.
Products with a seal if the seal is broken, earrings if the packaging is damaged, beauty products, swimwear and lingerie (if the hygiene seals are broken).
