I. Regulatory Status (U.S.)
Our products, including lip glosses, are marketed as cosmetics under the U.S. Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act (FD&C Act). Cosmetics are not pre-approved by the FDA before sale. Nothing on this website implies FDA approval or endorsement.

Our cosmetic products are for appearance-enhancing purposes only. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition, and they do not provide medical advice.

III. Ingredient Disclosure & Labeling
• Each product lists INCI ingredient names in descending order of predominance, net contents, and the responsible party name on the label and/or packaging.
• Full ingredient lists are also provided on each product page.
• Only FDA-permitted color additives are used in our lip glosses. Shades may vary slightly by batch.

To ensure safety and product integrity, purchase only through www.vervineus.com or our authorized partners. We are not responsible for products obtained through unauthorized resellers or secondhand marketplaces.

X. International Customers
We are a U.S.-based company. Customers outside the U.S. are responsible for ensuring compliance with their local cosmetic regulations and import rules.

XI. Returns – Hygiene Policy
For safety and hygiene reasons, opened or used lip glosses and cosmetic items are non-returnable and non-refundable, except in cases of confirmed defect or order error. Unopened items in new condition may be eligible for return in accordance with our standard Returns Policy.
